DIY Detox Water

This detox water helps your cells reduce inflammation and excess water weight.  The lightness of cucumber, spice of ginger root and freshness of the mint and rosemary make this water delicious and refreshing. Drink this detox water for the first 3 weeks of your Reboot program.

Detox Water

Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber, peeled, washed & sliced
  • 1 Knob Ginger Root, sliced
  • 1 Lemon, washed and sliced
  • Small bunch of Mint or Rosemary
  • 1 Gallon Filtered water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food safe container
  2. Soak over night
  3. Use fresh ingredients and make often!
