PB&J Acai Smoothie Bowl

Take a step on the wild side and grab a spoon instead because this PB&J Acai protein bowl is about to take your tastebuds by storm. Acai is an antioxidant rich fruit originally harvested from the Amazon rain forest and tops the charts as one of the healthiest berries you can find. Antioxidants help with cell turnover which can result in anti-aging results that slow or reverse the process of aging by stopping oxidative damage. They also improve immune health, and these sweet little drops have also been linked to better blood circulation, improved brain function and increased energy.

PB&J Acai Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Rainbow Light Protein Powder, Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp PB2 or powdered Peanut Butter
  • 4 oz Frozen or Powdered pure Acai
  • 1/2 cups frozen berries
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Coconut yogurt
  • 2 Tsp Agave nectar, separated
  • 1/2 cup granola

Directions

  1. Combine the Protein, Powdered Peanut Butter, Acai, berries, yogurt and 1 tsp of agave in a high powered blender and pour the mixture into a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the granola and sliced banana on top, drizzle the remaining teaspoon of agave on top and enjoy!
