Protein Pancakes to Celebrate National Pancake Day

In our final installment of #BreakfastOurWhey, we’re celebrating National Pancake Day with some delicious, super-charged whey protein pancakes! Remember, the whey protein in the recipe is going to slow the absorption of sugar in the body to help keep insulin levels in check and keep you fuller, longer…  so don’t feel too guilty if you splurge on the sugary syrup (aka the good stuff!). The best part? Each pancake is less than 200 calories!
